AIDAbella, the fifth ship of AIDA Cruises, was christened in 2008 in Rostock by Eva Padberg. Its maiden voyage began in Warnemünde and led through Norway, Sweden and Denmark, returning to Warnemünde. Originally, it was planned that the AIDAbella would be available exclusively for the Chinese market from 2017 but these plans were later abandoned. The identical sister ships of the AIDAbella include the AIDAdiva and AIDAluna. Since 2023, the AIDAbella has been equipped with the innovative Starlink broadband service from SpaceX, providing fast and reliable internet at sea.

Staterooms

The AIDAbella features a total of 1.025 passenger cabins and can accommodate 2.050 passengers at double occupancy. There are five cabin categories to choose from, ranging from interior and exterior cabins to popular balcony cabins and spacious suites up to 44 square meters in size.

Culinary

Culinary delights on the AIDAbella include an impressive selection of seven restaurants. Included are the buffet restaurants, among which the popular Markt Restaurant stands out. The Almhütte treats guests to culinary specialties from the Alpine region and for those craving pizza, the specialty restaurant "Best Pizza @Sea" is the perfect choice.

Entertainment

Every evening, exclusive shows produced specifically for the cruise line take place in the Theatrium, offering passengers top-notch entertainment. These high-quality performances encompass a wide range of acts including musicals, acrobatics, comedy and dance.

Sport & Wellness

Passengers can find relaxation in the spacious 2.300 m² spa area. A weather-independent wellness oasis with a retractable glass roof provides additional comfort. Sports enthusiasts will also find numerous opportunities to stay fit on board. In addition to various courses, there is the Body & Soul Sport fitness studio on Deck 11 and a jogging track on Deck 12.
