Medical care is a disaster
Many of the experiences on the ship deserve more than 5⭐. However, the medical care is anything but what one would expect. Hygiene is minus 5, three patients exit the treatment room, and the supposed doctor approaches me without washing her hands. Even the two other ladies, her assistants, seem to be afraid of water. I explain that I have ear pain from the air conditioning. An assistant checks my temperature, blood pressure, and so on, but not my ear. Then, they search for some drops and explain that they dissolve earwax; this is done by a third person. After that, I'm allowed to leave. The cost is €65, the biggest rip-off I've ever experienced from a doctor.
