Trip to the North Cape
This trip was our first cruise, and we were very satisfied. The embarkation process went excellently. Mrs. Natalie Eibl provided outstanding assistance, she was helpful and knowledgeable. She deserves 10 stars!!! The food, both in the buffet restaurant and the à la carte restaurant, was delicious, with something for everyone. Our cabin steward was reliable and cleaned well (Inyoman Karyaxxay from Bali)!!! The only thing that didn't please us was that we found the prices for excursions to be overpriced. At the end of the trip, an amount for climate protection was billed without asking. This should be left to individual choice. Otherwise, we can highly recommend the MSC cruise.

Norway
We had a very nice family vacation with our father, who uses a wheelchair. There are plenty of bars with very attentive staff, although some were less attentive. In the Cappuccino Bar, there is a small staff member who addressed us by name on the second day and spread a lot of good cheer. A huge compliment to her; she was always attentive. Also, the beer and wine bar, La Locanda, with over 30 types of beer, was a dream, and I will personally miss the team and the beer selection. I noticed a bartender with fantastic enthusiasm in the sports bar, but I only encountered him one evening. The beer bar was more inviting because I was greeted by name there from the second day onwards. The excursions, the onboard leisure activities, and the theater with its performers were excellent. The à la carte restaurant also put a lot of effort into their service. The service at the outdoor pool bar came across as more irritated and inattentive, but they were polite to the guests. I overlooked many things as the workflow was sometimes uncoordinated. All in all, we had a great vacation.
